1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PasteToMe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PasteToMe is a personal clipboard tool that allows you to save text, links, and images from web pages and send them to your email or phone via SMS. The Service includes the PasteToMe website, browser extensions, and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to use the Service.
• You must verify a phone number to access SMS and extension features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• One account per person. Duplicate or automated account creation is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store, send, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• Automate access to the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission.

5. Usage Limits

• SMS: 50 messages per month (resets on your billing cycle day).
• Email: 200 messages per month (resets on your billing cycle day).
• Images: 10 MB maximum per image upload.
• Text: 100,000 characters maximum per paste.

We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Abuse of limits may result in account suspension.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you save or send through the Service. By using the Service, you grant PasteToMe a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the Service.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may also remove content in response to valid legal requests or DMCA takedown notices.

You may delete your pastes at any time through the Service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• We may suspend accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months.
• You may request account deletion by contacting admin@pastetome.com.
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including:

• Twilio — for SMS delivery and phone verification.
• Google — for optional sign-in via Google accounts.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PasteToMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PasteToMe and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the Service operator resides.
